Pizza fish
This is a fish dish. The name "pizzas fish" came from the resemblance and the topping ingredients of the dish with those for the pizza. Otherwise, there is no pizza dough underneath the topping, just two pieces of tilapia fish fillet. It has the best parts but not the woes of pizza and it's fun for kids as well as adults to prepare the dish. The amounts of garlic salt and garlic spread in the ingredients list are only approximates. You can adjust according to your taste. You can even add more salt after the dish is baked. It's hard to fail this dish. It's part of the reason why I like it. We usually eat this dish on our pasta night. The kids love the topping vegetables and the fish of course. Use your creativity to add or replace vegetables of your choice, just like the pizza.

- If you are using a counter top toaster oven, you don't need to pre-heat. If you are using the conventional oven, you need to pre-heat at 400°F. For the counter top toaster oven, since the pan will be much closer to the oven's heating element, I set it to 350°F.
- Completely defrost tilapia fillets if they were frozen.
- Line the bake pan with parchment paper and put the fillets on the paper. Make several cuts on the surface for better marinates effect.
- Wash mushrooms, onion and tomato. Thinly slice mushrooms, onion and dice tomato. Separate onion into rings.
- Marinate tilapia with ingredients in B. Evenly distribute all ingredients on both sides of the fillets.
- Evenly spread mushroom slices, onion rings and tomato dice on the top in that order and completely cover the fillets. While piling yp the topping, apply the garlic spread to the surface of the mushroom slices, onion rings and tomato dice.
- Evenly apply the Lite Balsamic vinegar and Italian dressing onto the topping vegetables.
- Spread sliced olives evenly onto the surface.
- Finally break the cheese into small pieces and sprinkle on the topping surface.
- Bake in the toaster oven at 350°F or conventional oven at 400°F for 15 minutes or until fish is well done.
- Take it out and enjoy!
